One of my most favorite things to eat growing up and now, is Fluff. It is a staple for pretty much every one of our holiday meals! Fluff makes a great side dish {or dessert!} for summertime get togethers. It's super easy to make and a hit with kids and adults alike!
Ingredients
1 large box of Jello - Any flavor. Strawberry and orange are our favorites!
1 large box of Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding - Make sure it is not instant
1 8 oz Cool Whip
4 cups of water
Combine 4 cups of water, jello and pudding into a pot.
Bring to a boil.
Once the mixture has come to a rolling boil, time it for 4 minutes.
Pour into container and refrigerate.
{Overnight refrigeration is best, however you can do this step first thing in the morning on the day of if need be}
When it is completely jelled, add in the Cool Whip!
Use a hand mixer to mix it all up! The smoother the better!
Then serve and enjoy!
Okay, why have I never had this? Sounds amazing! Going to have to give it a try soon.
ReplyDeleteI can’t find the larger size of the cook and serve vanilla pudding. Do you think 2 smaller boxes would work? Do I need to change the amount of water? How many servings does this make? Would it still work to double/triple?
ReplyDeleteFrom what I see the large box is 4.6 oz and the small one is 3 oz. I would suggest buying two small ones and only using 1.5 packets - a full one box and half of another box - and then keep everything else equal!
