This week was a bit out of the ordinary as Winston had off on Monday {jammie day!} and Truman had surgery on Tuesday. These two things threw the week off so much that I'm wasn't quite sure what day it even was...

By Thursday we were back into the grove of going and doing! Truman's school had class pictures so I took him up for the few minutes to be a part of it. He of course picked out his favorite monster truck shirt!
Then we went to Walmart and then drove through the car wash to get Kermit clean. Truman's favorite one is what he calls the Ultimate Ultimate Car Wash! It has fun colors and smells so good!
That afternoon I got a call from Benjamin saying that one of his employees had a duck dropped off for her at the office and would we like to come and see it? Ummm, yes!
It was such a little cuddler and Winston was in heaven. One of his favorite things is to snuggle soft things!
That night I went out with my MOPS table for dinner when I came home I found Lulu in her favorite spot on the bed... mine! 😂
This morning I went to wake up Winston and saw that my two favorite buddies were curled up together!
Today was Winston's field day. It brought back so many memories! They had all the good favorites: three legged race; egg + spoon; tug of war; sack race and dizzy bat!
As I was leaving the school, I noticed this story in Winston's hallway.
"My pig died but before that it had a baby."

His imagination and the way he sounds out the words he wants to spell are one of my favorite things about this stage.

I’m just now getting caught up in the blog world. I missed that Truman needed surgery. Sweet boy! I pray that the recovery was a smooth one. How precious to see them sleeping together. That meme is hilarious!!
