Last month's Amazon shopping mainly consists of things that I purchased for Easter. The good thing is that they can be used all year round and a few of them would even make good Father's Day gift ideas too!
For the Kids
Arnie the Doughnut was the perfect book for our family as we eat donuts every Saturday morning! This book chronicles the adventures of Arnie once he is taken home from the bakery by Mr. Bing! I highly recommend this book for your donut lover although be warned...there's a lot of words! 😂
Another book by Laurie Keller, Potato Pants is a funny book about Potato who desperately wants a pair of pants from Lance Vance's Fancy Pants store but runs into Eggplant! A cute story about forgiveness.
For the Hubs
Benjamin had these items on his Amazon wishlist and so the Easter bunny delivered. 😂
Being a Baylor graduate, former Waco resident and a fan of Fixer Upper, Benjamin put Chip's book Capital Gaines on his wish list. He has already started reading it and said it reads just like Chip talks! So far he has enjoyed it.
He also put his favorite socks on his Amazon list.
He says he likes the comfort of these Balega Hidden Comfort No Show Socks. I got him the black, orange and blue pairs.
For Me
I have a love of all type of accessories. Bracelets, necklaces, purses, glasses, earrings - I just can't help myself when I see ones that are fun, bright or unique! A few weeks ago I sat down to clean out my earring drawers and even with the clean out still had more than would fit...

I ordered this standing earring holder to sit on top of my jewelry chest. I wasn't sure if I would like it but now that I've used it for a bit, it's nice to have!
For the House
Winston had been coming home from school with grass stains on the knees of his pants day after day. I asked my Mom if she had any tips or tricks and she let me borrow her bar of Fels Napatha. And it worked miracles!
The bar removed the stains without discoloring or fading the color of the pants. This is now my go to bar to use for grass stains!

That donut book looks darling!! I've never heard of it. I really enjoyed Chip's book :) I'm planning to get Olive an earring holder of some kind for her birthday. She's just getting into switching out her earrings to match her outfit and I'm loving it!!
ReplyDeleteGreat finds this month. I love the jewelry holder. Thanks for linking up with Prime Purchases!
ReplyDeleteI was just recently looking at the Container store at an earring holder like that. I need to check this one out. I was also just telling my mom about Fels Naptha this morning. LOL
